Cross Game is published in English by VIZ, who is bundling the seventeen-volume series into eight chunky tomes. This one is comprised of the first three volumes and the others will contain two each.

Do you have any idea what the release schedule is going to be like?
Volume 2 (containing the Japanese 4-5) is coming out on January 11, 2011 and volume 3 (containing 6-7) is coming out on April 12. I think most Shonen Sunday books are on a trimonthly schedule, so assuming it sells decently enough it should stick to this.
